The third Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) Indigenous Women’s Health Meeting (IWHM) was held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, South Australia from 2-4 May 2014.
This meeting brought together health professionals from across the country with the common interest and desire to improve the health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women. The meeting programcovered current public health information, clinical topics and cultural issues with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women’s health as well as young women and women with families.
Delegatesgained information on current developments in different regions of the country andwere provided with the invaluable opportunity to network with health professionals of diverse backgrounds and experts in the field of Indigenous women’s health.
